Hinsdale Properties has been managing and renting properties in the Burlington, Winooski, and Essex Vermont area for over 60 years. In 1954, Clark Hinsdale Jr. purchased his first property. Since then, Hinsdale Properties has grown to be one of the most trusted property management companies in greater Burlington. Clark passed away in 2008 but is survived by his wife Irene C. Hinsdale and their two children Jacob and Laura. Under Irene’s ownership, who has been with the company since 1977, Hinsdale Properties manages over 165 units, from studio apartments to 10-bedroom houses to commercial and retail spaces.
We have a reputation for taking good care of our buildings, and we work hard to keep it that way. We have also been an outstanding member of the Vermont Chamber of Commerce since 1998, and an active member of The Burlington Business Association. Office Manager Laura Hinsdale, and Property Manager Jacob Hinsdale keep everything running as smoothly as possible for our renters. We work hard to provide high-quality living and working environments to Vermonters.
